We collect information you provide when you register: name, email address, and the data you enter while using LessonPen (student records, lesson notes, invoices). We do not sell this data to third parties.

Data is stored on servers within the EU. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

This marketing site uses one functional cookie to remember your language choice. Inside the app, we use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We set no third-party or advertising cookies.
We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to understand how this site is used (which pages are visited, which buttons are clicked). It is cookieless, collects no personally identifiable information, anonymizes all data, and never tracks you across other websites — so no consent banner is required.
